How to get support

The best way to get scavenger hunt support is to reach out to us on our contact page here.

Please allow one to two business days for a ForestR to reply. However, if you do not receive a response in a reasonable time, you can feel free to email us directly at info@forestr.org, as well.

Do I need an app to participate?

Yes.

The ForestR Challenges app is required for participation in this scavenger hunt. You can learn more about the app here.

Joining is easy, just three steps:

  1. Download the app
  2. Enter the access code: forestr (as you sign up)
  3. Join the challenge

You will need a smart phone with a functional camera. QR code scans will happen right inside the app.

If a Qr Code is damaged, removed, or not present?

No worries. We assume that a code might go missing here or there.

If you arrive at a spot where one should be, take a photo of the location and email it to us at: info@forestr.org

Be certain to deliver the photo along with your Challenge app username.

We will be able to vet the location and will award you the scan if all looks well.

This will, also, let us know if a Qr Code has been damaged or lost and one of our ForestRs will travel to the spot to replace it as soon as possible.
